Rustic Homemade Pizza Recipe

The base is oil free and made using only 2 ingredients.

2 ingredient vegan base

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

Use tomato and basil Sauce


  • preheat oven to 180-200 degrees C

  • blend oats to make a flour consistency

  • place in a bowl and add water gradually mix together to form a ball tip: wet your hands go help form the dough which will be slightly sticky

  • place on baking tray with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 mins

  • flip and add the toppings you desire, bake further for 10-12 mins

Toppings idea:

  • red pepper,

  • jalapeños,

  • sausage lindamccartneyfoods,

  • avocado, mozzarella.

Add some chili flakes for an extra kick
